Maine ARES & Emergency Nets
Androscoggin County ARES/RACES Net:
Meets on the 3rd Wednesday of the month at 1800 hours. Androscoggin Unified Emergency Management Agency, basement of Central Fire Station, 2 College Street, Lewiston. Thursday at 7 p.m. on the 146.6100 MHz (88.5 for both transmit and receive) repeater.
Aroostook County Emergency Net:
Monday at 8:00 p.m. on the 146.7300 (no PL) repeater
Cumberland County ARES Net:
Meets every Sunday night at 7:30 p.m. on the 146.7300 (100) machine.
Franklin County ARES Net:
Meets every Wednesday at 7:00 p.m. on the 147.1800 (123) Farmington repeater. The team meets on the first Wednesday at the Franklin County Courthouse, 140 Main Street, Farmington, at 6:00 p.m. All are welcome.
Hancock County EMCOMM (ARES) Net:
Every Tuesday, 7:00 p.m., on the 146.9100 (151.4) repeater. All licensed operators are welcome and encouraged to check-in and participate.
Kennebec County ARES Net:
Sunday at 7:00 p.m. on the 145.3900 repeater (100).
Lincoln County ARES Net:
Sunday at 7:00 p.m.on the 146.9850 MHz (no PL) repeater
Maine Emergency Communications Net:
Sunday at 4:30 p.m.on 3940 KHz (alternate freq. 7262 KHz).
Maine Public Service Net:
Sunday at 9:00 a.m., 3940 KHz N1KAT, Section Manager, conducts administrative duties as Net Control the last Sunday of each month. FMI contact Joe Douglas, KB1TCD, Lincoln County ARES Emergency Coordinator.
Midcoast ARES Net:
Monday at 7:30 p.m.on the 147.2100 repeater (100).
Oxford County ARES Net:
Nets are every Monday evening at 1930 hours except the first Monday, on the KQ1L repeater 146.8800 - (100).
Penobscot County ARES Net:
Meets the 1st Wednesday of every month at 1900 hours alternating between Penobscot County Emergency Management Agency and Northern and Eastern Maine Chapter of the American Red Cross.
Piscataquis County ARES Net:
Piscataquis ARES also conducts a weekly net on the N1BUG repeater (147.105 MHz+, 103.5 Hz tone). This net convenes directly after the Piscataquis Amateur Radio Club on the air meeting, which starts at 7 PM. Guests are encouraged to check into either net.
Somerset County EmComm Net:
Nets are the 1st and 3rd Mondays on the 146.970 - (100.0) Sugarloaf repeater and on the 2nd, 4th and 5th Mondays on the KA1C/R repeater 146.730 - (91.5). All nets start at 7:30 p.m.
Twelve County Emergency Net:
Opens around 9:30 a.m. (at the close of the Public Service Net on 75 meters) each Sunday, on the KQ1L linked repeater system. Net manager: K1RFD.
